1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
To process your claim, you must provide an unboxing video of the package that clearly shows the issue.
2. Timeframe
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at care@scentella.in with your order details and the unboxing video. Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the process.
4. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
In cases where a product is damaged or incorrect, we will bear the cost of return shipping. However, if the product is not eligible for a return, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
